The exciter adopts a block eccentric structure, with strong excitation force and large processing capacity. The exciters are connected by universal joints, which are flexible to install and have a long service life.
The connections between the side panels and the reinforcing beams, crossbeams, and reinforcing beams are all made of high-strength bolts with twisted shear type steel structures, which have higher strength than using ring groove rivets for connection, are easy to replace, and avoid the phenomenon of micro cracks being squeezed out of the connecting bolt holes due to improper riveting.
The side plate of the screening box is made of high-quality Q345 manganese plate or container plate (used for large screens), with a whole plate cold bending process, tear resistance, and no welding points on the side plate to avoid cracking hazards caused by welding stress, making the quality more reliable.
The screen adopts a curved surface design to improve the utilization rate of the screen and increase the screening capacity. The supporting spring adopts rubber spring, and the driving motor and screening machine adopt flexible connection or bridge connection.
